Erika Meinhardt

President of National Agency Operations for Fidelity National Title Group Inc., a division of Fidelity National Financial

Erika began her career in the title insurance industry in 1982 with Ticor Title Insurance Company and served in a number of management positions with both Ticor and Chicago Title prior to joining Fidelity through the acquisition of Chicago Title Corporation in 2000.

She received her Master’s of Business Administration degree through George State University’s Executive MBA program in June of 1998.

Erika resides in Jacksonville, Florida. She and her husband, John Parks, are the parents of two sons and grandparents of a grandson and granddaughter.

Tara Asquith

VP, National Agency Product Manager with Fidelity National Financial Group

Prior to arriving at FNTG in 2008, she was the National Product owner for the TitleWave software for LandAmerica from 1999.

Tara has been in the title insurance industry since 1988 working for a full service agent serving PA & NJ where she held a number of positions from searching, examination & underwriting to conducting closing, escrow, office management, trainer & software support. She holds a BA degree in Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware and a Certified Project Management Professional.

P. Richard Cannan

SVP, Southeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions Director of Sales

Rich is Senior Vice President who has been recently been named Sales Director for the Mid-South and Mid-Atlantic Regions. In this role, his focus is on marketing and sales initiatives that support our sales teams to help grow their strategic relationships. He will also continue to participate in National Initiatives as well.

Rich is a 27 year veteran of the title industry having worked as an agent in California and Florida. Before joining the FNTG group, he oversaw operations for the Eastern US for an underwriter. He’s a native of New England. He currently resides in Florida where enjoys spending time with his Family.

Rick Diamond

Vice President - Agency Technology Fidelity National Financial

Rick is involved in all I.T. initiatives in the company’s agency operations nationwide. Rick maintains dialogue with agents and speaks throughout the country about technology, CFPB Data Security, I.T. trends and ways to use technology to assist in title processing and compliance. He consults with agents in many aspects of technology with the main focuses being; how to make the relationship easier between Title Agents and FNF through technology, how to streamline back office procedures to save time, money and to be more efficient, and how to use technology to grow their business.

Rick is a staunch advocate for a great number of agents across the country, and has a reputation for putting his clients ahead of all else. Rick has over 27 years of experience in the industry and is a member of the American Land Title Association, ALTA’s Technology Committee and the New England Land Title Association. He served on the Executive Board of Directors for Massachusetts Title, the oldest Title Insurance Company in the United States. He is a former board member and remains actively involved with the Room to Dream Foundation, a children’s charity which donates renovation and home improvement services to chronically ill children in Massachusetts.

Linda Grahovec

VP, Director of Communications, Education and Marketing

Linda Grahovec has been in Real Estate Transaction Services since 1986. She spent 8 years as a REALTOR®, 8 years as a Real Estate Paralegal and then started her Title Insurance career focusing on New Construction Projects, Residential Closings and Sales Management at Lawyers Title until 2008. Now for the Fidelity National Title Group, on a Local Level, Linda is a Strategic Account Manager and CLE instructor for Title Agents and their customers. On a Regional Level, she is the Director of Education and Marketing, a TRID Specialist, Event Coordinator and an MTCC Trainer. On a National level, she is the Director of Communications and assists in the company’s Marketing initiatives. She is involved in the FNTG National Agency Website and the FNTG Products and Services Platform, the Editor of the monthly Agency Insights Newsletter and a frequent speaker and panelist for several FNF operations and organizations. This includes; ALTA, FBI, FNF, HUD, IDFPR, ILTA, IRELA, NBI & WLTA. Linda also holds her local and National Title Professional Designations, ITP, IEP & NTP.

Randle P. Shoemaker (“Randy”)

SVP, National Agency Counsel with Fidelity National Title Group

Randy obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of the South and her law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. Randy joined FNTG in 2010 as Regional Major Claims Counsel and became a Senior Staff Underwriter in 2012 in the office of the Chief Underwriting Counsel. Prior to joining Fidelity, Randy was Senior Corporate Counsel, VP, and Assistant Secretary with Regency Centers Corp., a real estate investment trust. At Regency, Randy created the legal department and provided legal counsel for the day to day operations of the company for 15 years.
